Non availability of the switch/change plan option: JIO Fi4 No is 6362461665. I am presently on plan RS999. This plan is valid till June 21 2019. However I have exhausted the eligible data quota of 60GB .
In the meantime about 10 days prior to exhausting this data quota I received a mail /message from JIO that I have already been debited Rs 999 under Auto Pay option for which I had opted.
There was no request from me to do this; nor was my consent sought to do this. When I was exploring how best I could recharge for Data I was informed by your service Centre that I have three options: (1) buy data voucher; (2) Recharge with a new plan; (3) Activate the Rs 999 plan for which the amount has been debited to me well before the due date 21.06.2019.
My experience with Rs 999 plan was that it was not suitable for my requirements.
My preference is to go in for daily data quota of 1.5 or 2 or 3 GB. I would like you to consider using the credit I have of Rs 999 for switching to one of the above mentioned data plans. To deny this would amount to depriving me of the option to switch/change plan whenever required by the customer.
Also it amounts to compelling the consumer to stick to a particular plan. For your information because of this perceived disadvantage I have discontinued the auto pay option.
