Dear seniors of Jio,
Your service is freaking me out!
Kindly treat this mail seriously, do not go by the lightness of words used as they are more polite than what frustration I carry for the service your company is providing.
Since Nov21 I have been raising multiple complaints regarding EXTREMELY POOR COVERAGE AND SLOW INTERNET.
Try to understand – this is profoundly impacting my daily office work !! I cant speak/hear to anyone , nor can I send simple whatsap msg ( which are in kbs !!)
Every time I have called your incompetent call center idiots they have given be some of below standard replies (fooling tricks):
1. Issue is temporary, will get resolved in 6 hours
2. Our team is working, issue will get resolved in 1 week.
3. Complain is noted on priority. Will be solved in 24 hours.. and so on
And at the end, they happily disconnect call from their side !
When I ask to connect with some senior at call center, they connect me to a number where no one picks up call ( this has happened 4-5 times)
Have tried calling, mailing, raising issue on website – but no response from Jio. Not even after seeing 1000 complaints from same number.
I have recharged for a year and 5 months out of it has get waste. Neither Jio is resolving issue nor refunding.
Check record of my calls if you doubt any of my statement above is false.

Expecting attention on this issue from Jio senior team.
@TRAI : Request for your sincere support. It will be real transformation of our governance if you can punish such troublesome service providers.
