I recently bought a Xiaomi device, Redmi Note 5 Pro and was entitled for double data but I haven’t got any double data vouchers yet.
The customer care team is telling me that I’m not eligible for the offer, which was clearly mentioned on the device page.
Haven’t expected this from JIO.
