sir good afternoon i amit b bhanushali from ahmedabad.i have purchased a jio routier on 24-10.2017 from your naroda jio store which is located at galaxy complex naroda.
imeno is mentioned here 911564209336133 and eanno is 8809423980096.sir a have visited your jio customer care house which is located in vitthal plaza building in naroda.sir i visited on date 26-4-2018 at 4.45 pm.
i had a meet with your executive regarding my complaint of battery bulding. he said me that our company gives 6 months warranty for battery.so he said i have to pay for new battery.
but sir the date printed on my battery is 20-04-2017.so i told your executice that i have purchased routier on 24-10-2017.thw battery date mentione on the battery is 20-04-2017.
when i activated my routier the battery was already six month before manufactured.so o request you to give a positve solution of my problem.
so why should i pay for new battery to your company.battery manufactured date is six months earlier from my activation date.
