Dear Sir / Madem,
I have not received refund from Jio fiber. Their representative picked up the router on 28th Mar 2021 and informed that the amount will be credited to my account within 7 -14 days but till now I haven’t received my refund amount. I have taken up it with Jio fiber also and they raised service request SR000014MIFX. It’s been more than sixty days now, concern is yet open. Could you please help on this.
