On August 3rd I’ve paid 3600/- rupees to Jio broadband service provider and a guy took money and alloted an engineer to fix my broadband connection by the next two days. This jio engineer has taken the jio router and DTH box and fixed those to another home in my area. He without any sense gave my connection to another home and the messages started coming saying that your Jio connection is active!
I was shocked and made a phone call to the engineer, he said that this is his mistake and asked me to say OTP which i received to my mobile number, so that the connection will be closed and new connection be given to my home. I did the same, he closed his task and went away giving me packed boxes of jio router and DTH!
From that that, it’s 16+ days! I’ve been complaining Jio customer support, tweeted in twitter and other social media platforms. But till today no response from them! They ultimately looted my 3600/- rupees + my office time as there were work delays because of these fraudsters.
