I am a Jio customer, facing continuous internet connectivity and speed issues at village- Bhatvadiya, taluka- Kalyanpur, district- Devbhumi Dwarka -361315 location for the last 08 months.
I have already raised complaints via:
Jio Appellate Authority.
1.- Complaint No. SR00002APFOD, date- 01-04-2025.
2.- Complaint No. SR00002CLCEN, date- 29-04-2025.
3.- Complaint No. SR00002OFC4X, date- 23-09-2025.
PG Portal Grievance No:
DOTEL/E/2025/0050440, Date- 22-09-2025.
DOTEL/E/2025/0052050., Date- 28/09/2025
National Consumer Helpline:
1.- Grievance No. 7008019, date- 11-04-2025.

And I have mailed several times to JioCare, Jio Appellate Authority and TRAI but no solution has been found.
The people at JioCare have been giving me false promises since February that the solution will come in a few days And now it has been said that it will take 6 months for the solution to come. This company has wasted my time, tried to take my money and violated my rights as a customer.
However, the issue still remains unresolved. I am repeatedly informed that the issue has been resolved, but on ground, the network is still very poor and unusable.
