I am Rushikesh Living in Navi Mumbai I have paid 1500 rs for Jio Fiber on 6th March 2021 which supposed to be installed on 7th march but they delayed and asked me to wait and I did that, On 15th March I received a message that my request has been canceled without prior informing me I tried to reach customer care none of them solved my issue I have contacted Jio Aream Manage, Mr. Rajesh Sharma, he asked me to wait for 2 days to refund till then I am just waiting today is 24 March I have contacted him many times He did not release any refund I have mailed to Jio nothing productive happened I have called customer care multiple times no action has been taken this is my last hope to get my issue resolved I have attached documents and I am hoping to get a response from you
