Jio underground cable installation team has done overnight work in our road and damaged our underground electric cable which comes from pole to our home due to which there is no power to our home. Repairing the whole cost more than 30000 INR and currently have taken temporary connection over the air. This keeps getting damage due to big vehicles passing by and I am spending everytime around 5000. I wrote mail to Jio and they responded for some mails saying we are checking the issue and it continued for around 4 months.. Same replies saying we are checking and now from past 1 month, only automated replies saying, please call customer care.
Such as irresponsible behavior by Jio.
