A representative came from jio to collect all details on April 1 and he collected ₹2500 money . After 7 days of no response from representative no router has been fixed . On April 9 two men called and said there is no pole in our area , so broadband could not be fixed . He said we will cancel the connection within 2 days the money will be returned. After many days no response the connection was still active but not given by them. Finally called the representative who came to collect info from us first , then he said we need to cancel the request from our phone. Then we cancelled the order from our phone and finally after 13 days it got cancelled the jio customer care told us within 7 days we give your money. Today it’s April 27 it’s been almost 27 days I’m still waiting for my money . Such a big company why they have our money still . Please if there is any justice still living in the world , make sure jio return all the money to people who wants a refund.
