Hi,
My Jio Number 4713591047 and I have taken connection which is one year old connection in Trivundrum,Kerala. Recently I recharge for three months 6th Dec 2020 to 5th March 2021 but due o some personal reason, I have to relocate to another house which is 4.5 km away from current location. As per JIO, they will provide max 4 km from my current location and cant provide connection beyond that.Decesion to relocate happened after recharge has been done.
Then I told JIO that I am willing to continue my connection but as you are not able to provide me connection, in that case please refund the recharge amount and deposit amount once I submit the connection.
But they are not ready to refund the recharge amount even though I am not the party who want to discontinue the service but I was forced to do.
Now taking one more connection, it would take additional financial burden during covid-19
I would request to help on this and request JIO to return for Jan and Feb 2021 changers cutting one month. I will use this JIO connection till 22nd Dec 2020.
