1. Jio broadband connection is not working for 3 days.
2. We filed a complaint on 18th July 2022, and the service request was generated, but till now, no engineer has come to resolve the issue.
3. This is the 5th time our Jio connection has had a problem.
4. Today (20th July) again we have called to customer care, they are saying again the service request is generated.
5. This Jio company has made a mockery of the customer. They take the money and forget about customers.
6. I need my money back with the compensation amount of mental torture or an immediate solution to my complaint today itself.
