I have opted for this service, after that a team of technicians and engineers visited my house, collected rs 2500/= towards internet charges and price of set top box. Theyvslso installed the joogiber router in my house and handedbover the Koi Set Top Box for my TV. They were supposed to return after a few days to commisioning the Set Top Box. But, now even after about a month they did now showed up, nor am i able to contact anybody from jio fiber office. It is very difficult to communicate through the customer care number or whatsapp channel. Now I have made up my mind to change over to other service provided like airtel, idea, etc. Kindly help by expedite the case. Thank you in advance
