My name is Vikram Raajan, I am loyal customer of Jio. Every member of my family use jio mobile connection along with me. I also have a Jio Broadband & Jio Set Top Box. Since last 2 days I am not able to use my internet services along with TV services. I have called many times to get it resolved but still it’s not resolved but as per jio app my expected resolution time was 24.07.2021 By 11.33am. I and my wife both work for an MNC as you can understand we are working from home which is why broadband is very important for us. But by complaining 6 times they couldn’t give any solution. They keep telling their engineer will visit but nobody is resolving this. I am frustrated because It’s not just jio every service provider are same they charge for their services but if something goes wrong they never refund you a penny and it doesn’t matter even if you’re not able to use your services for a month.
