I have made the booking on 02nd march on was being told to wait for 24-48 hours. I am a working woman and unfortunately, I have to survive without any internet connection which has adversely impacted my work.
I have made multiple calls to Jio Air Fiber and they provide assurance to get the salesperson connected however I am still waiting for it. I have spoken to multiple advisors and escalation team person as well and at last I requested to cancel the connection and I was being told to wait 15 calendar days however this information is not mentioned on Jio website anywhere.
I requested the escalation team member name Rajiv (dated 6th March 2024) time 3:13pm to provide me the evidence for same however Rajiv denied and asked there is no On call or Offline resolution for same.
This is against the policy that Jio failed to be transparent to a customer.
I request this issue to be highlighted on priority basis as I have been impacted monetary well and Jio should be responsible for same,
I do not wish to wait for auto-cancellation as requested as I am done and dusted with Jio and their pathetic services. Rajiv has repeatedly ask to disconnect the call and did not fix my issue.
This is beyond unacceptable behavior by Rajiv and he keep on repeating that (Are we still connected)
I want to make sure that strict action will be taken for the so-called Escalation team member Rajiv.
