To the consumer court India I have charged unnecessary from Jio in my Jio bill for the March and April-2022. My rental was 399+ 18% taxes including OTT APPS (Jio TV, JIO Cinema, Amazon prime 1st year, Netflix mobile subscription) which regular bill I was receiving 442 OR 445 every month. But in March and April Jio have charged with wrong description for the subscription of Nexflix and even the Netflix mobile already included in the plan. I have not subscribe Netflix to any of the devices even that is Mobile or else any where. I request to the consumer court please have a look in this regards and help me to provide the right judgement for this kind of unwanted billing by the service providers.
