Jio fiber is charging extra money as “RRFL FinInstlmnt 01M”.
In the bill breakup of Jio fibre they are showing the recharge amount 399, including 18℅GST where as they are charging another 18℅ as RRFL FinInstlmnt 01M.
Which means while they are taking additional gst on the product from the customer, while they themselves are evading the gst.
Upon calling the customer support, the representative first mentioned it as 18℅ gst but after I explained him that the gst break up is already included in the bill, then he mentioned that the additional amount is for monthly rental amount of the box/router. Where as Jio doesn’t mention this in their terms and conditions.
