I am a user of Jio fiber for a long time and when my Jio fiber wire is damaged then I called and registered my complaint in jiocare on date of 23april 2023, Request ID
SR00001JKBIB but they doesn’t make any contact to me and after some days they closed my complaint without resolving the issue, and my other complaint also got closed by Jio team of Bikaner without resolving it, here are my request numbers SR00001JLQ4O , SR00001JMECC, SR00001JNQA6 , they closed my 3 requests and 1 is still pending , no response from jiobikaner team , I’ve visited 3 times at there office and they refused me to repair my connection and told me to disconnect the connection of Jio fiber , customer care has no answer on it ,i meet this guy in Jio Bikaner office and he told me to disconnect the connection , I feel hopeless in this situation iam waiting for 9 days from now for justice , please help me and increase my believe in government.
