Dear Jio Team,
I’m writing this with immense frustration and disappointment. For the past three months, there has been zero network connectivity—not even basic coverage—in Kotdwar’s Nimbuchaur area. This consistent outage has crippled both my personal and professional activities.
Despite multiple complaints through the Jio app and 198 helpline, there has been no response, no resolution, and absolutely no accountability.
I’m tired of hearing “temporary technical issue”—the only thing temporary is my patience. Your silence and lack of action are not just inconvenient, they’re downright negligent.
You market 5G like it’s rocket science, but here, even 2G would be a miracle. If this is your definition of service, then congratulations—you’re setting new standards in customer abandonment.
Either restore the network immediately or provide clear compensation. I’m not paying for a service that doesn’t exist.
This is the final polite request before escalating the matter to TRAI, consumer grievance forums, and legal channels.
