I was recharging a friend’s number for international roaming plan(1102 rupees), I selected my credit card as a payment option, clicked on pay and it showed an error “something went wrong, try again” and I went ahead and made the payment through my gpay this time from the same screen. Now to my surprise, instead of my friend’s number the app somehow recharged my number with the international plan.
When talked to the customer care, they were not accepting the app issue and kept on telling me that I myself recharged my number and there’s no issue in app.
I want them to refund my 1102 rupees or give me a voucher of the same amount which I can use in later time for any recharge or bill payment. Please help.
