Text of Complaint by Kaustubh:

I recharged my jio no. With plan of 199 via Bank Mobile app. Amount got deducted and received sms from bank about debited amount.

Its been 4 day still haven’t received recharge. Contacted Jio customer service by Email but they haven’t responded.
