I am reaching out to address the persistent challenges I am currently experiencing with Jio Airfibre. The local technical team at Jio has requested my Client’s server IP address for VPN access, but my client is unwilling to share this information with the Internet provider. Despite raising the issue with Jio’s customer care, there has been a lack of understanding, and they are unwilling to lodge a service request. Repeated assurances of resolution by the backend team have been unfulfilled, prolonging the problem for over a month.
This ongoing issue has significantly affected my ability to work for my client, leading me to request the cancellation of my plan. In light of Jio’s inability to resolve the problem, I am also seeking a refund for the amount paid. Regrettably, the continual delays in addressing the matter have compelled me to consider legal action to recover my incurred losses.
