With above order number, I applied for new JIO AirFibre connection.
Salesperson told within 24 hrs, installation will be done, but after continuous follow -up no results. Today many times I tried to connect with salesperson, but he is no picking calls.
I called JIO AirFibre customer care, they are just giving false assurance and no deadlines are maintained.
Looks like a harassments business is going on. Even, if I receive device later, I am quite afraid about their service quality.
Strong actions’ must be taken on this kind of harassments.
