Text of Complaint by Anushree Karwa:

I had applied for a new connection of Jio Airfibre- It was told by an executive that it will be done in 2 working days. When he came for a visit- it was observed that airfibre connection is not possible in my are hence executive said they will confirm and process the refund. It’s been 2 month- I have not received refund of Rs.1000. Customer executive is not responding to my calls/messages. I have also written to company on official email id. But since 2 months only mail communication is happening with no solution.
