I purchased a Jio AirFiber connection on 18th October 2025 which was installed on 19th October 2025. Within a few hours of installation, the service stopped working. I raised a complaint and a ticket was generated. However, despite multiple follow-ups, no resolution has been provided.
A technician visit was scheduled for today, but no one showed up, and no update was given. This has caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my professional work.
I would also like to highlight that I was previously using a Jio Fiber connection, which had persistent issues. Hoping for better service, I switched to Jio AirFiber. Unfortunately, the experience has been equally disappointing.
Relief Sought:
1. Immediate resolution of the service issue.
2. Compensation for the downtime and inconvenience.
3. If service cannot be restored, cancellation of the connection and full refund of the amount paid.
