I HAVE REQUESTED FOR NEW CONNECTION ON 01/03/2024- @TIME OF BOOKING THE PERSON VISITED TOLD THAT THE CONNECTION WOULD BE DONE IN NEXT 2 DAYS
AFTER 4 DAYS WHEN I AM TRING TO CALL THE CONCERNED PERSON TO WHOME I HAVE BOOKED THE CONNECTION IS NOT RESPONDING THE CALLS AFTER SEVERAL CALLS THE TEAM TOOK THE CALL TOLD TALK TO CUSOMER CARE
ON 05/03/2024 WHEN I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THE CUSTOMER CARE TEAM TOLD IT MAY TAKE 07 DAYS TO FIX TTHE NEW CONNECTION. HENCE I HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE NEW CONNECTION ON CALL THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE TOLD THAT IN NEXT 7 TO 10 DAYS THE COMPLETE PAYMENT WHICH IS PAID TO JIO WOULD BE REFUNDED IN THE SAME ACCOUNT FROM WHICH THE PAYMENT IS MADE
ON 14/03/2024 WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD IN NEXT 48 HOURS THE PAYMENT WOULD BE REFUND WOULD BE COMPLETED
ON 17/03/204 WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD IN NEXT 24 HOURS THE PAYMENT WOULD BE REFUNDED
ON 19/03/2024 WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE THEY TOLD WE REQUIER 20 DAYS FOR REFUND OF PAYMENT
NOW THIS IS A SERIOS CONCERN HENCE I WANT TO LOG CONSUMER COMPLAINT ON SUCH BEHAVIOUR OF ONE OF THE BIGGEST COMPANY OF INDIA
