I have booked jio airfiber on the 26oct 2023 on that day executives has told me that they are providing unlimited data on all the plans but suddenly without any proper intimation they have changed to 1000gb but this I have not used 1000gb i have asked coustomer care to me the usage in this month. I have raised an SR request on the day 22dec and technicians came to home on 23dec they also checked that internet is not working but meanwhile that is still consumed with internet showing in the usage. This issue is not only for me the users who are using Jio air fiber got the issue on 22dec. I have got some images who got this this issue I attaching the image. This is the biggest scam of jio
