All attempts to connect with customer care is unsuccessful.
– Auto msg is played in IVR that there is interruption in your area and call is disconnected. No option to connect with representative.
– Email sent, no reply.
– No option to raise a service request in the app.
– Whatsapp service is also not giving any solution.
There is no option to apply for internet cancellation as well.
Basically, no customer service after your purchase their product.
Went to Myjio store, they do not take complaints and asked me to reach customer care via above options
