Respected Sir
I, Vijay Barnwal, resident of Siswa Bazar DISTT, Maharajganj U.P. 273163 And jio airfiber no. +91 8127716080 / +91 5523314381, am a registered user of your Jio AirFiber service

I wish to bring to your attention that my Jio AirFiber connection has not been working properly since the last 20 days. The primary issue has been that the internet service is completely non-functional. In relation to this, I have made multiple calls to your customer care helpline number 18008969999. During each call, I was assured by your representatives to reboot the router, which I did accordingly, but there was no improvement in the service.
Following this, I was assigned a service appointment with a Jio service engineer at my premises on 01-Jul-2025 between 20:45 to 21:45, with Service Request Number: SR00002GWQYP. However, no engineer visited my premises nor did I receive any call from your end.
Again, another appointment was scheduled on 03-Jul-2025 between 11:00 to 12:00 for the same request number, but once again, no one visited, nor was I contacted.
Upon calling again on 5th July 2025, I was again promised service and another appointment was created. Unfortunately, even on that date, no engineer came and no follow-up was received.

Later, on 06-Jul-2025 at 11:42 AM, I received another service request number: SR00002E0A4I. Despite this, there has been no contact or visit from your service team till date.
I even contacted your local Jio office and AirFiber Hub at Siswa Bazar area, and while I was assured resolution, there has still been no effective action or solution till today.
As of today, 09-Jul-2025, I am giving you a final notice that if my issue is not resolved within 24 hours (i.e., by 10-Jul-2025), I shall be constrained to initiate legal proceedings against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited in appropriate Consumer Forum and also consider civil and criminal action, for deficiency in service, mental harassment, and willful negligence.
legal proceedings against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited before the appropriate legal forum under:
1. Section 35 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 for deficiency in service.
2. Section 72A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 if any personal data is misused.
3. Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860/BNS Section 316 and 317(2) for cheating and criminal breach of trust.
4. Any other applicable civil or criminal remedy available under the law.

This notice is issued in good faith, and all consequences arising due to your inaction shall be solely your responsibility.
