i have jio Airfiber which is not work i filled a complaint on 12th may 2024 till now no solution have been provided by jio team .
since past few days i am trying to reach them but they just give me another dates i don’t no how long it can take also a person named Rajkumar he is pushing my complaint a side he don’t want to solve the issue he want to provide a new connections to other client but he don’t want to solve my issue .
i even spoke with prem prakash he is trying his best to help me but rajkumar is not letting technican come to my place and solve the issue
