I booked for installation of Jio airfiber on 8th October and waited for calls from installation team. after waiting a month i gave up and requested cancellation of lead but the team kept refusing to cancel and refund, the customer service representative were deflective. The installation team called me on 18th November which is 40 days after my installation request but seeing the pathetic CSR requested for cancellation and refund as one month was enough of wait time for me. Now its 90 days and they have removed the lead but not refunded the amount
