I had applied for JIO Airfiber services on 25th May, 2025. i paid Rs. 1111 in advance in their app. My request number is LR00000RLR9P. i requested multiple times to install the airfiber but no one even visited my premises. hence i requested for cancellation of my request. i sent multiple mails, multiple calls but no one is even responding. even i tweeted to Jiocare and then also no use. Please help me in getting my advance back
