I am recently using jio airfiber from last 3 months and Recently there is a problem that the Wifi is getting disconnected every 10 seconds and breaking the connection and due to which I am unable to attend my meetings and doing my work . I have connected to the representatives of the JIO comany but they are not paying any heed to the complaint and not even picking up the phone and the service request ticket is still open but no one is paying attention to that .
