We choose a Geo AirFiber Plan
My Fixed Line Number is +91-01203566037, and the service ID is 778720397126, with the active plan being AirFiber_599_6M.
Plan was selected with the sales person Mr. Shyam, Ghaziabad (UP) Mob- 9305110481 on 27.01.2024 and paid one year subscription of Rs. 5241/- for 6 Months via net banking. On 02.02.2024 installation team arrived at 10:00hrs and fixed the relevant equipment in the our office floor (receiver) and placed modem & settop box. The person told me that after 12hrs the internet service will be activated, but till now it’s not activated.
Several calls to the installation team, customer care were done, but there is no hope of getting internet service for my office.
I supossed to start work from 01.02.24 but today is 15.02.24, no internet signals is available , becaouse of that i m loosing significant ammout approx 6000/-INR per day , its a huge loss for me
I asked for closure of the service and refund my paid amount, for that also there is no response. They are saying your request is under process but till now no action
Very poor service to the customers.
Kindly request to help me to resolve , and my loss to be paid by the concern team and Geo
