Jio air fiber Rs. 899/- plan was selected with the sales person Mr. Udhaya, Chennai Nagalkeni 600044 on 03.02.2024 and paid one year subscription of Rs. 12729/- via net banking. On 04.02.2024 installation team arrived at 14:00hrs and fixed the relevant equipment in the top floor (receiver) and placed modem & settop box. The person told me that after 12hrs the internet service will be activated, but till now it’s not activated. Several calls to the installation team, customer care were done, but there is no hope of getting internet service for my home.
I asked for closure of the service and refund my paid amount, for that also there is no response.
Very poor service to the customers.
