I am writing to escalate a longstanding issue I have been facing with my Jio Air Fiber connection, obtained through sales/business person Bikash Ray (contact: 8356853305) approximately 80 days ago.
Bikash Ray assured me of services offering a 30mbps internet speed, 13 OTT channels, and 550+ channels with a Rs. 599 pack. I was forced to take the plan for 1 year hence i had to pay Rs. 8481.81 at once. However, since the installation on December 3rd, 2023, the service has been consistently unreliable.
Key Points to Highlight:
Continuous Connectivity Issues: Since the installation of my Jio Air Fiber connection, I have been experiencing frequent disconnections and poor service quality, making it extremely challenging to use the internet for work and personal purposes.
Inadequate Resolution Attempts: Despite raising multiple service requests and engaging with your technical team, the issue remains unresolved after two and half months of persistence.
Suspected Unethical Practices: I have observed suspicious behavior from your team, including fake promotions and confirmations by Jio business team member Bikash Ray, aimed at misleading customers and avoiding accountability.
Customer Service Failures: Please review my original email carefully, where I explicitly stated that the Jio Air Fiber service is not functional, as confirmed by your own representative’s comments such as “Ping to Google doesn’t work” and “OTT TV doesn’t work.” As a service provider, it is your responsibility to either deliver functional services or provide a refund. Instead, your standard response regarding the plan rental terms is unacceptable. This raises questions about whether Jio’s practices border on extortion to generate revenue.
I request prompt action to initiate a full refund process for my connection. Additionally, I seek redress against Bikash Ray for providing false information and misleading me into taking the Jio Air Fiber connection.
