Complaint to the Reliance Jio Airfiber Infocomm Limited (Jio)
Subject: Substandard Service and Misleading Promises by Jio Airfiber
I am writing to file a formal complaint against Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited (Jio) regarding their Jio Airfiber service.
Details of the Complaint:
Date of Service Purchase: 10 Feb 2024
Plan Purchased: Jio Airfiber 100 Mbps Plan
Pre-Sales Promise: During the pre-sales process, Jio representatives promised a guaranteed 100 Mbps network speed and 24-hour issue resolution.
Issue:
I am experiencing significant network issues while using my Jio Airfiber connection, specifically when connecting to my office network. However, the internet connection works perfectly when using another network provider. This indicates the issue lies solely with Jio’s service.
Attempts to Resolve the Issue:
I have contacted Jio customer care multiple times, but their representatives have been unhelpful and merely pass the problem onto other teams, causing mental distress due to repeated explanations and lack of resolution.
Request:
I request the NCH investigate this matter and take necessary action against Jio for:
Misleading advertisements and promises: The pre-sales guarantee of 100 Mbps network speed and 24-hour issue resolution was not fulfilled.
Substandard service: The network connection is unreliable and hinders my ability to work efficiently.
Poor customer service: Jio’s customer care representatives have not provided adequate assistance and have been dismissive of my concerns.
I believe such practices by Jio are unfair and violate consumer rights. I urge the NCH to intervene and ensure that I, and other affected customers, receive fair treatment and the services we pay for.
Additionally, the jio team has been not providing any refund as I have paid for 6 months and harassing this Clause of non refund without providing correct service

Surely JIO AIRfibre employees are not ready to resolve the issues and they are only interested in installing new connections but not ready to provide service to existing customers
