I’ve been using the Jio Airfiber broadband connection since December 29, 2023, but it’s consistently unstable, frequently dropping.
The technical team takes over 24 hours to address the problems, and this issue persists repeatedly. Customer care is useless, and there’s no direct way to escalate the issue.
In our apartment with six connections, whenever the internet goes down, all six connections are affected. We’ve paid six months in advance as part of our plan.
We all are switched from bsnl broadband to jio Airfiber due to same internet issue and jio airfiber also had the same issue.

I have the exact same problem. Bought a year’s subscription to Jio Air Fiber and it simply doesn’t work. Every single day the internet stops working for hours and even when it is active, the connection speed is super slow. I have to call the customer care every other day and they promise me a technician visit but no one shows up. I am fed up of the injustice and need a refund to use that money for another connection – but then they also refuse to give a refun!
Were you able to get this resolved? I’m suffering from the same issue. Frequent disconnection, they are unable to solve it from their end, won’t process a refund.
