I am writing to express my concern regarding the internet speed issues I have been experiencing with my 100 MBPS plan. Despite subscribing to this plan, I am consistently receiving speeds between 20-30 MBPS, and at times, even less than 10 MBPS.
Over the past four months, I have raised over 30 complaints with Jio AirFiber customer care, the Jio Appellate, and the grievances team. Unfortunately, my issue has not been addressed, and no technician has visited to resolve the problem.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and assistance in resolving the issue at the earliest.
