i am from new tehri town . so i started working in work from home set up where in my office system need one static ip address to configure my work related CRM and when i requested jio service provider for the same they kept on transfereing call from one person to another . which took 3 days . and it was directly loss to my salary as well and after 3 days they were not able to fix it //// and with this incident i understood that they are not well knowledgeable to even understand the problem and not at all skilled // so please if some one is the service provider they should be having enough knowledge .
