On 1st December 2023 Sachin Joshi from the sales team gave connection for 100 MBPS plan and said in this technology disconnection of internet will never happen and from the next day frequent disconnection is going on any time required and even the set-top box not working fine regularly and when calling to customer team they are just restarting the router from their end and issue is not getting resolved and although not creating complain ticket every time when calling. One time created ticket and said within 24 hour technician will come but they closed the ticket automatically without informing and sending the person to check the issues. Plan is for 100MBPS but not getting speed more than 50MBPS. They took amount for 6 month and now no one is looking for the issue.
Will do complain to TRAI also for the poor service and fraud by the team.
NEED help and want to disconnect this poor connection from JIO AIR FIBER.
