Dear Sir,

Order No. NO000123T7B7

The Jio Air Fibre subscribed by me i.e. 100 mbps plan for 3 months [Rs.1199/- per month] was partly installed on 3rd September. The technical person after almost 2 hours efforts by the technician and calling his team, the speed promised [my plan being 100 MBPS] could not be obtained. The speed ranged between 1 to 3 and got even in minus. The connection was very poor and sometimes was completely lost.

I am enclosing the screenshots of the speed test, which were also forwarded to the technician. It was then given to understand that the router maybe defective and hence he would come again to replace the router. The technician thus went. On checking the website and message received, it was found that it says that the installation is successfully completed which is incorrect reporting. When I am trying to submit my feedback online, it says that feedback is already submitted while the fact is I have not submitted any feedback at all and hence it is obvious that the technician himself submitted the feedback surprisingly. How come the technician can submit feedback on my behalf, if at all he has done so.

However, nobody has turned up on the 3rd day also and the technician namely CHIRAG who had come for installation stated that he has not received any call from his boss to visit our place again with a new router. The boss under whom he is working namely AKBAR once told on phone on the same day that he is sending another person. Thereafter, he is not picking up the phone since last 2 days and has not even cared to respond to the text messages sent to him. Today morning on contacting the sales person who was instrumental in finalizing my subscription namely JAYENDRA THAKOR, he called me while putting Mr. Akbar in conference. Mr. Akbar again promised that he will send another person by today evening. However again no one has turned till the writing of this mail. IN SHORT VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

I am still waiting for installation of another router which would achieve the promised speed of 100 MBPS OR SOLUTION OF THE PROBLEM BY ANY OTHER MEANS.

Further, on seeing the OTT Apps bundled with the plan I subscribed for ON MY JIO APP, it surprisingly and shockingly shows that the apps expire on 7th September 2024 though the installation is yet not complete and that I have subscribed for 3 months so the OTT Apps should expire at the end of billing cycle i.e. after 3 months.

REGRETTING THE SUBSCRIPTION. IF THE DESIRED SPEED IS NOT ACHIEVED, I INTEND TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION PAID AND A REFUND OF THE SAME IMMEDIATELY.

HOPE THAT THE PROBLEM FACED IS IMMEDIATELY ADDRESSED TO MY SATISFACTION.
