Jio Air fiber customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in Bangalore. I booked for relocation of my connection and paid money on 24th feb. I have made 20 plus calls to the customer care and they did not install the product yet. They are asking me to wait. All the customer care representatives are repeating the same thing.
