Myself booked for Jio Air Fiber connection for Rs 1000 on 20 Dec 2024 with booking Id LR00000EDP.
But later I get to know that my remote area is not applicable for Jio service due to Jio Towers are too long from my area(Approximatly morethan 10 KM). Since Jio installation executive said that this service is not applicable in my area.
Today(27 Dec 2024) I received message that ” Unfortunately we were unable to service your Jio Air Fiber request with Booking No:LR00000EDP at present. The booking amount of 100 will be refunded back to the original payment mode within 7 business days” .
But I have paid RS 1000 for advance booking. Since am requesting that whole amount 1000 should be refunded to my account.
