I requested a new air fiber connection on Jan 14th 2024, But i didnt receive any call from Jio Exectutive from that day and Today is 23rd Feb 2024, I even Paid 1000RS on 14th Jan 2024 for Installation Online,
I even contacted the customer support on 16th Jan 2024 they said it will be escalated to team and will work in the backend and will receive an update in next 24hrs, i use to call alertnative day they use to say the same till date. I even attached the booking confirmation snip.
