Text of Complaint by OM PRAKASH SINGH:

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

I have been facing Jio Air Fiber low speed and auto-restart issues for the last 3 weeks. I also have an SR number, but no solution has been given by the Jio team. Jio engineer and manager say that apply again for a new connection. My SR number is on hold. Please suggest a solution for this issue.

Note: The Sasaram Jio team demanded a LAN cable and an Iron pole for increased height from the customer side.
