Jio Air Fiber was installed on 22-Jan-2024, but since then, it has been experiencing frequent disconnections. The connection gets disconnected more than 3 to 4 times in an hour. Despite multiple complaints being logged and technicians visiting, the problem remains unresolved to date. The service has been very disappointing, and when I asked for a refund, I was informed that a refund is not possible. This leaves me with a damaged device and no solution from the Jio team. Neither my money has been refunded nor has my internet problem been solved. Please assist me in resolving this issue.
