I am writing to formally request the closure and cancellation of my existing Jio Air Fiber connection.

I have already raised a service request for this purpose.

However, I have been receiving repeated calls from +912231019183 asking for the reasons behind my request.
I have clearly mentioned that I no longer wish to continue this connection, as I am shutting down my business at the location where this Air Fiber service was installed.
The premises are no longer under my ownership or access.

Despite multiple explanations, customer service representatives have continued to persuade me to retain the connection instead of addressing my cancellation request.

I find this approach unhelpful and contrary to a satisfactory customer experience.

I therefore request your team to please process the cancellation immediately and inform me of the procedure to return the provided equipment and accessories.
