I am facing this frequent internet disconnection issue almost more than 5 months, internet disconnects frequently, because of this i couldn’t work from home and raised too many requests with jio airfiber customer care, but so far no any permanent solution provided. since i paid subscription premium for a year . they say refund will not be provided even if i cancel the subscription now.
