Text of Complaint by Arshiya:

I am working for renowned telecom company at a senior level and mostly wfh. I was enquiring about some wireless broadband services and came across jio Air Fiber and found that it is wireless. I discussed and decided to go ahead. 1st day I received a call and message from Jio saying GIRISH( 6362377077. His Gpay # 7848006791) is your representative and he will help for further process. As I have been using JioFi and Jio connections from last 9 years, I trusted him and went ahead. He asked me that if I am booking it from my end, Jio installation may not happen . Since I am your representative I will book it for you. He then booked for me and I transferred Rs.1000 to him via Google Pay. Booking Id generated with LR. Post this, Installation was scheduled on 6th June between 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm. Girish stopped picking up my call . And then Installation for my booking order went On-Hold. This happened on 5th June and until today 12th June, installation is still on hold. I reached out to call center 18008969999, IVR response thats it saying your order is on -hold. Check status on My jio app its same. Dropped multiple emails to “jiofibercare@jio.com”, they respond with some copy/paste e-mails not finding root cause. I then reach out to near by Jio store. they pick up call first and ask to share LR number and location, and then they disappear. They don’t respond, don’t pick up calls. I get calls, to cancel delivery. This is absolute mental torture. I spent considerable amount of time following up and talking, dropping e-mails but no response. Serious action should be taken against such offenders who in the name of working are simply torturing people for the sake of some commission. This is the e-mail response I get from jio fiber care. the worst part is i can’t reschedule from anywhere and there is no help from Jio store, Jio service people, jio call center, jio e-mail service. its pathetic

If you still want to reschedule your appointment, you will have to inform the Home Care Engineer when he visits your location.

You can also reschedule the Appointment as per your preferred time by going to Jio.com > Track order section and by entering lead number to search and reschedule.
